I’ve started getting into the habit of having 1 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper with tomato juice every day. The health benefits from this spice are amazing. Its quite hot but I’m getting used to it. I tend to do just over a shots worth so I can down it quickly as I like a little heat but not too much. You can also add it to cottage cheese but I personally find it too hot.
I’m using this spice to thin the blood, kill some bacteria and improve digestion. This pepper will end all blood clots and increase metabolism. Apparently my health consultant tells me 1 teaspoon per day should guarantee never having a heart attack or stroke.
