As a client of Essential Health Colonics Ltd, this document is to advise you how Essential Health Colonics handles your data, to comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The new Data Protection Legislation is coming into force in the UK on 25th May 2018. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is EU wide legislation, and is currently being enacted into UK law and will become the 2018 Data Protection Act.
The personal data we collect about you will include data relating to your name, address, date of birth, mobile and data relating to your health.
We will process your personal data to allow us to provide you with our services as your Health Professional only.
Your data will also be used to manage future communications between us including about our products and services. You can opt out from receiving such communications services at any time by emailing danielle@essentialhealthcolonics.co.uk
We will only use your data for the purpose for which it was collected.
1. Initially your data is taken via Essential Health Colonics online diary system, so you can book an appointment. This data is stored on our diary system called Webb booking via wordpress.
2. Essential Health Colonics uses your email address to send a welcome email with important information for your initial treatment, coupled with reminder appointment emails.
After your initial session your email is used to send further beneficial health advice, should you have purchased a course of treatments. After this, your email maybe used to make contact if needed.
Your email address is also used to stay in touch every 2-3 months with a newsletter, informing you of dietary advice or special offers. You have the option towards the end of the email to unsubscribe anytime, should you wish.
All email addresses are kept in a password protected document via drop box on a password protected laptop.
3. Should you have phoned any mobile numbers to make contact with Essential Health Colonics, these are stored on password protected mobiles, and only used to make contact if necessary.
4. Instances where your data is used elsewhere, is to order supplements or products on your behalf with your consent. Also as stated previously for bookings, making contact with relevant health information or newsletters with special offers and health advice.
5.Here is a list of the companies that have your contacts due to this, should it be relevant to the individual. Their privacy policies are on file should you wish to view them, you can click on each link as appropriate.
