Try to aim for 30 plants per week. This can be spices, herbs, fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, legumes, wholegrains, anything that grows!
It’s easy to achieve this if you have 1/2 your plate veggies/salad for lunch and dinner with the addition of wholegrains and legumes!!! Very easy!
