The Fibre Trio (Basil Seeds, Linseeds, Psyllium Husk)
Psyllium husk and linseeds are rich in soluble and insoluble fibre, whilst basil (sabja) seeds form a soothing, gel-like mucilage when soaked. Together, they act like an internal sponge, sweeping the digestive tract and promoting easy, regular bowel movements.
Craving Control: This fibre blend expands in your stomach, helping you feel fuller for longer.
Blood Sugar & Cholesterol: The viscous fibres slow down the absorption of carbohydrates and trap excess cholesterol, promoting better glucose control and heart health.
Omega-3 Boost: Linseeds (flaxseeds) are an excellent plant-based source of ALA Omega-3 fatty acids, which help reduce systemic inflammation.
Yarrow Bitter herbs trigger taste receptors on the tongue, signalling the brain to naturally increase saliva, stomach acid, and bile production. This prevents bloating and heavy feelings after eating.
Lemon Hydration & Alkalizing: Starting the day with lemon water rehydrates your body after sleep and provides a gentle, natural detoxifying effect.
