Veggie Bolognese on a Bed of Spianch

You don’t need to eat meat to enjoy a good filling meal.  If you want to lose weight you can still have those favourite meals, just slightly alter them.  Reducing meat and grain intake is a great way to shed pounds effectively.

  • Gentle fry the below with coconut oil, good sea salt and pepper.
  • Onion, garlic, Quorn, celery, courgette, red pepper and mushroom
  • Add paprika, a little cayenne pepper and thyme for flavour.
  • Lightly steam some spinach to use as the pasta.
