Tangy and Tasty!


  • Fry Onion with Garlic, add celery, carrots, pepper and cook till soft
  • Add miso, garlic, salt, pepper, hot paprika, fresh thyme, balsamic vinegar, and Lea & Perrins (build up flavour to your liking)
  • Add tin Tuna, Green lentils and  Tin toms till cooked to your liking.
