  • Mix a Tin of tuna in brine,
  • 3/4 cup of buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • some fresh chilli
  • salt & pepper to taste.

You can add oats to thicken if you like

Make 3 patties & fry in a little coconut oil until cooked.

I served mine with lots of green veggies below! Filling & yummy!
