Healthy can be convenient. Baking a potato in the oven whilst you potter at home or you could bake a few for the week ahead. Steaming some greens, some tin tomatoes and shop bought hummus. Whats difficult about that. Forget unhealthy shop bought convenience foods and make your own food.
- Bake a sweet potato
- steam some greens – a little sea salt and butter (organic)
- slowly heat some tin tomatoes, add some thyme and pepper
- some organic hummus from Asda only a £1.
Doesn’t take long!
Make the time to be healthier, then you’ll have more energy. Simple!
