Sweet Chilli Prawns, Sweet Potato and Hummus – salad on the side

God I’m good! 🙂  This is delicious…  Tried and tested!

  • Fry some prawns and red pepper in a little butter, garlic, sweet chilli and lemon – add pepper.
  • bake a small sweet potato and add humus and sprinkle of pepper.
  • salad – add whatever you want, just vary the vegetables, nuts, seeds, olive oil and lemon for dressing, lots of greens 🙂
