God I’m good! 🙂 This is delicious… Tried and tested!
- Fry some prawns and red pepper in a little butter, garlic, sweet chilli and lemon – add pepper.
- bake a small sweet potato and add humus and sprinkle of pepper.
- salad – add whatever you want, just vary the vegetables, nuts, seeds, olive oil and lemon for dressing, lots of greens 🙂
