I love juices and smoothies. I have about 2 a day. I mainly try green juices to make them count but all fruit and veg is good for you.
Here’s a favourite of mine:
1 banana (ripe)
1 palm full of mixed nuts
2 tbls of natural yoghurt
Coconut milk to desired consistency
Little honey (as sweet as you desire)
blend and drink
This drink is very filling so could be a good breakfast or snack. Maybe to beat that sugar craving. Better than chocolate or crisps! A healthier alternative. Enjoy!
