Sugar Cravings – we all get them!

In my personal experience, if you focus on good fats and protein style breakfasts  e.g. eggs, fish, meat, cheese, avocado…..this helps reduce that afternoon sugar craving and your energy levels are better through the day.  If you start the day with a sugary breakfast e.g. toast or cereal then you will end up craving sugar all day and get that afternoon slump.
