I’m having this for lunch, Nice and light and healthy, using some of the leftover blue cheese for Christmas but I wont waste food.
- Baked Mushroom with palm full of mixed unsalted nuts and a sprinkle of blue cheese. Baked until cooked, usually 20 minutes.
- Shred Red and Savoy cabbage, add sesame oil, a squeeze of lime coupled with lots of
Beetroot and tomatoes.
