If you fancy a bit of stodge have a sweet potato as its healthier than normal potato.  Its goes so well with creamy hummus.

  • Baked Sweet Potato
  • Organic Hummus for the topping
  • Vegetables of your choice – Stir Fry in a little water and coconut oil – add grey sea salt (after cooking) pepper, ginger, Tamari and lime

Lots of veg with every meal is essential – especially eating a little raw before you have your warm food to get those digestive enzymes fired!  Digesting and absorbing food is essential to get the correct nutrients in your body.
