My flatmate and I have been eating lots of salads using the Spiralizer!!  This turns vegetables into spirals and makes them more exciting to eat.  You can use spiralized vegetables as a pasta replacement.  For example courgette instead of spaghetti when making a bolognese.

I never eat pasta anymore as LOVE Courgetti!!! You can use sweet potato, beetroot, carrots and so much more…..

This type of meal with a protein and good fats topping is great for weight loss.  No quick releasing carbs or grains like pasta, potato or white rice!
