When you stop eating processed foods and require less sugar, salt and saturated fat to satisfy your taste buds, then will you start to appreciate natural flavours.  All natural food can taste fantastic if you give it a chance and don’t smother it with chemicals!

Your taste buds change over time and these chemically altered salty, fatty and sugary foods taste disgusting and you see them for what they really are.  Give it try and see!  Eat clean and natural for just a few weeks and see the difference 🙂
