Delicious Salad with extra for work that evening 🙂
- Lot of greens, sprouts, spinach, green pepper, dark kale, cucumber coupled with beetroot, tomatoes with the addition of salmon and mozzarella.
- Gently steam, the salmon or gently fry in coconut oil.
- Add herbs and pepper plus lime and olive oil for salad dressing. Delicious!
