Today I’ve prepared a nice cauliflower rice for my lunch and time at work.

Inspired by Anna Middleton and added a few of my own flavours.

  • 1 raw cauliflower washed and blended
  • 100g of coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • palm full of basil and coriander
  • 3 tbs of sesame oil
  • 1 beetroot chopped
  • palm full of tomatoes
  • 1 small lemon
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • mix all together
  • Eat!
  • Raw, Healthy, Tasty and filling
