Hope you are enjoying the sunshine.
Today I’ve prepared a nice cauliflower rice for my lunch and time at work.
Inspired by Anna Middleton and added a few of my own flavours.
- 1 raw cauliflower washed and blended
- 100g of coconut flakes
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
- palm full of basil and coriander
- 3 tbs of sesame oil
- 1 beetroot chopped
- palm full of tomatoes
- 1 small lemon
- pinch of salt and pepper
- mix all together
- Eat!
- Raw, Healthy, Tasty and filling
