Another favourite veggie dish of mine is Quorn Chicken Stew.

  • Fry some onion and garlic with salt and pepper
  • Add carrots, potatoes, broccoli, green beans.
  • Add stock, chicken or vegetable, upto you!
  • Then add the quorn pieces.
  • Slowly simmer until soft.

For best results, leave in the pan overnight so all the flavours combine.
