Another favourite veggie dish of mine is Quorn Chicken Stew.
- Fry some onion and garlic with salt and pepper
- Add carrots, potatoes, broccoli, green beans.
- Add stock, chicken or vegetable, upto you!
- Then add the quorn pieces.
- Slowly simmer until soft.
For best results, leave in the pan overnight so all the flavours combine.
