Protein Pancakes with Coconut Yoghurt

This is a favourite of mine! Protein pancakes served with coconut yoghurt & a kiwi with a herbal tea. So filling!!

Pancakes – mix 1 mashed banana with 2 eggs until blended like batter & add cinnamon. Fry in a little coconut oil on low heat.
