Porridge Ideas

Hello Everyone!  I do love a nice bowl of porridge in the morning.  Very filling and energising.

You can make porridge exciting with slight alterations:

 

  • Organic Porridge Oats
  • Coconut milk or full fat milk
  • chopped pears (skin on for the fibre)
  • Flaked Almonds (protein and good fat)
  • drizzle of honey

  • Coconut milk or full fat milk
  • chopped banana (great for constipation)
  • pumpkin seeds
  • flaked almonds
  • drizzle honey
  • sprinkle of cinnamon (great for digestion)
