Organic Muesli with Banana

Conventional cereals tend to be high in sugar and salt.  Its best to either make your own cereal i.e. adding nuts, seeds, oats, fruit and coconut milk.  Alternatively, Waitrose do a great Organic Muesli where you can just add fruit.
