Butternut squash, carrot, courgette & red pepper chopped. Add tinned chopped tomatoes, chilli flakes, turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground coriander, ground cumin, fresh ginger, garlic, onion & veg stock. Simmer for 20 mins until soft. I served with raw spinach, steamed broccoli & lightly sautéed kale. James had his with rice! Nice n quick! Xx
