I eat lots of salads so I need to keep them exciting. Mixed Sprouts are cheap and very good for your health. Have a little read about them, and get growing them for yourself or buy them from your local health food shop.
- Mixed Sprouts
- Spiralised carrots and beetroot
- Dressing – 1/2 crushed garlic clove, fresh chopped thyme, olive oil and squeeze of lemon, a little honey if needed 🙂
