  • Smoked tofu chopped into squares and gently fried in organic butter, garlic, miso, thyme.
  • Then add tin tomatoes, vegetables of your choice, with salt and pepper, cook gently till soft.
  • Add some steamed chard and cavolo nero to finish the dish
