Im off to work tonight, lots of clients in! Woo hoo!! Need to eat well to keep motivation high. Whilst making lunch I made extra so I can nibble this evening between clients with the addition of a nice healthy juice.
Feta, cucumber, olives, avocado, spiralised carrot and a little mackerel – raw food is filling with the addition of some good fat and protein for some slow releasing energy 🙂
