Constipation is so common nowadays.  Many people take laxatives to try and solve the problem.  Unfortunately these rarely work and cause more damage than good.  Laxatives tend to make your colon lazy.  You need to strengthen, hydrate, lubricate and exercise your bowl to make it work effectively or you.
