Hot and cold healthy lunch

Its important to get raw into your diet daily.  However, sometimes we need something warm.  So mix it up.

  • warmed roasted veg (broccoli, green beans, mushrooms and tomatoes) in garlic and a little soy sauce
  • spiralised carrots
  • avocado
  • olives
  • a little feta and cottage cheese
  • a little mackerel in tomato sauce
  • Eat and Enjoy!

This type of meal fills you up for hours, you are getting some raw and cooked to satisfy you and your health.
