Homemade Granola

Buying granola from the supermarket can mean you are taking in more added sugars than necessary, so why not try and make your own granola?

Prepare:

4 cups of organic rolled oats
1 cup of nuts, your choice
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup honey or maple syrup
¾ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of chopped dried apricots and chopped dried cherries or cranberries

Mix altogether and bake in the oven on 180 for 30 minutes till crunchy!
