We all need a snack sometimes but are you snacking on the right foods?

You want food that will feel you up with good nutrient content.  Eating snacks high in refined sugars, will only keep you hungry and low in energy.

Dried fruits are great for any cravings you may have and when you need that little lift.  Whilst the nuts and seeds with fill you up for longer.  Lets not forget all the goodness are bodies will be receiving from these healthy snacks.

So buy some big bags of mixed nuts and dried fruit, and nibble on these when you need to take the edge off hunger!
