Green Juice – a nice change from plain water – whilst staying hydrated

Sometimes we want a drink but not necessarily just water.

  • large palm kale
  • large palm spinach
  • palm full berries
  • 1 little orange
  • 1/2 lime squeezed
  • 500 ml or more of water, you decide.
  • Blend/drink!

Refreshing and very good for you!  For best results and to gain nutrient value, try not to spill it all over the table like I did.
