Sometimes we want a drink but not necessarily just water.
- large palm kale
- large palm spinach
- palm full berries
- 1 little orange
- 1/2 lime squeezed
- 500 ml or more of water, you decide.
- Blend/drink!
Refreshing and very good for you! For best results and to gain nutrient value, try not to spill it all over the table like I did.
