WEIGHT LOSS MEAL

Nice and simple:

  • Lamb Chops gently grilled with a little seasoning (protein and fat to fill you up)
  • Spinach as much as you like (very low in carbohydrates) Feed the body with nutrients.
  • Eating meals like this where rice, bread, pasta, root vegetables are missing is a great way to shed pounds effectively.
  • All root vegetables and fruit are amazing for you but reducing these will help accelerate weight loss.
  • Once you have lost weight a balanced diet of:-  carbohydrates fruit & veg (all kinds large portions), wholegrains (small portions brown rice, quinoa, millet, buckwheat), protein (small portions beans, fish, chicken, red meat to a minimum) and good fats (small portions Avocado, nuts, seeds, olive oil..) is perfect!
