Don’t accept you’ll put on weight for Christmas!

Start to reduce carbohydrates, calories, portion sizes and processed food now and shed a few pounds before the feasting begins! Lots of low starchy veg, some protein, either fish, chicken or legumes and some fats, nuts, seeds, oils, avocado. Avoid or reduce pasta, rice, bread and potatoes for a while!
