There are times when I finish work late and feel quite wired from the day.  If you want to feel relaxed quickly.  Rather than drink wine, which is full of sugar and stimulating, try this soothing drink.

  • Turmeric Milk
  • 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of honey
  • mug of milk or coconut milk
  • slowly heat over the hob till warm
  • Very soothing and delicious
  • Night night!
