Creamy coffee without the milk?

  • Brew some coffee (as strong or weak as you like)
  • add 2 tsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp or coconut syrup (more if you have a sweet tooth) or any other sweetener.
  • blend in a nutri-bullet or blender
  • Drink!  A delicious creamy coffee full of good fat!  Just what the body needs.  Enjoy!
