Cod can be boring. However, add a little blue cheese and voila!
- Gently simmer the Cod in milk (or coconut milk) and add a little blue cheese, salt and pepper.
- Gently fry with a little soy sauce and lemon – Cabbage, Carrots, Onions, Tomatoes and Green beans. (You want the vegetables to be warmed through not over cooked).
