Chicken Broth with Watercress, Romaine and Fennel Salad

I’ve been eating lots of broths and salads lately. Lots of raw food as summer is approaching and a nice light but filling broth.

  • Gently Simmer Shredded Organic Chicken
  • Add organic Carrot, celery, peas, sweet corn, rice noodles
  • Add organic Chicken Stock, Miso, sea salt, pepper and nutmeg in a big pot
  • On the side Watercress, fennel, apple, Romaine lettuce, with  fresh Basil, Olive oil, lemon, honey and apple cider vinegar as your dressing.
