Yum yum yum!!!! Filling and Delicious salad.  Great for your health and a little naughtiness to keep you satisfied and full.  Being healthy doesn’t need to be boring 80% good and 20% bad on the plate if this helps.

Chicken breast cut into strips

halloumi sliced and fried gently in a little butter

beetroot

cucumber

tomatoes

red gem lettuce

apple

olives

lime and sesame oil dressing

pepper
