Cauliflower and Leek Soup

This was a very easy dish to make and extremely tasty.  Enjoy Danielle

  • One large cauliflower (organic preferably)
  • 3 Leeks (organic preferably)
  • 3 garlic gloves
  • Gently fry in some butter for a few minutes
  • Add seasoning (pepper)
  • Add Chicken or vegetable organic stock (low in salt). Just cover the ingredients as you can always add more when needed.
  • Let it cool then blend
  • Stir in Creme frieche
  • Yummy in my Tummy! 🙂
