We all love a nice burger. Lots love the traditional beef burger covered in cheese. However, to be healthier you can still feel satisfied from a tasty bean burger. You can add cheese, hummus or hot sauce to spice things up!
I recently had a black bean burger. Never had black beans before! Beans are a great source of protein and fibre. We need to ensure we are getting rid of waste, so while you are chowing down on a nice burger, enjoy the fact that you are being good to your digestive system 🙂
