I usually cook an evening meal and at the same cook another two dishes to save time. Just set aside 2 hours, get the music on and prepare some meals for the week. I usually make a big soup and stew for freezing. Matt and I can have these for our lunches or evening meals if we get home late. This way you are not going for unhealthy convenience foods when your hungry and can’t be bothered.
My lovely boyfriend bought me a slow cooker for my birthday! Great present! I made a lovely Organic Paprika Beef Stew with Potatoes, Cabbage and Sprouting broccoli. Get it going in the morning on low cook and when you get home the meat is so tender and succulent. The best thing about cooking slowly means you don’t cook all the nutrients out of the food, so its healthier for you.
