Well its a banana omelette really but its delicious!  Give it a try!  Great breakfast.

  • Mush one ripe banana (has to be ripe)
  • whisk in 2 eggs
  • melt a little butter and add mixture to hot pan
  • drizzle a little honey
  • add some raspberries to the side
  • Yum!

Did you know bananas are a great source of fibre so great for constipation?
