Well its a banana omelette really but its delicious! Give it a try! Great breakfast.
- Mush one ripe banana (has to be ripe)
- whisk in 2 eggs
- melt a little butter and add mixture to hot pan
- drizzle a little honey
- add some raspberries to the side
- Yum!
Did you know bananas are a great source of fibre so great for constipation?
