Sometimes a nice sweet but filling breakfast is needed.

You don’t need flour and loads of sugar.  All you need is some goodness.

  • 2 eggs whisked with 1 ripe banana (did you know that the browner the banana the healthier it is?)
  • Fry in a pan with a little butter
  • drizzle over some honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Abit of kiwi on the side
  • Its mega lush!
