Who needs a jacket potato.  Want to lose weight and have more energy after your food?  Then reduce the stodge intake and use different vegetables as substitutes.

  • 1 Large Mushroom Baked in the oven (herbs and pepper for seasoning)
  • left over chicken fajita topping – chicken fried with onions and garlic, add peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and tin tomatoes to make the sauce – add seasoning (herbs, spices etc…)
  • Coupled with avocado, tomato and cucumber salad with lemon and olive oil for dressing.
  • Filling, delicious and satisfying.  No stodge in sight!
