Perfect summer evening meal & surprisingly very filling!!

Depending on how hungry you are adjust ingredients accordingly.

1 raw zucchini (spiralized)
Half an avocado mashed with Lemon juice, Chilli (fresh or peppered) & coriander
1 chopped tomato
Some chopped celery (or whatever other fillings you like!)
And mix together!
Voila 😊
