I love Avocado.  I have Avocado and paprika on rye or spelt toast often.  Its a good comfort food with many health benefits.

Good fats are vital for optimum health and Avocados are full of them.  Don’t be scared of good fat, this feeds and fuels our bodies with what it needs.

Egg and Avocado of Dark Rye Toast 

  • 1 poached egg
  • Avocado
  • Dark Rye
  • pepper

Juice on the side:

  • Rocket, spinach, lettuce leaves and 2 kiwis
