A nice simple veggie dish – make it now for lunch!

Today I’m having a simple veggie dish.  Using up food before the next veg shop.

  • Sprouting Broccoli
  • Mushrooms
  • Cavolo Nero
  • Brown Rice
  • Gently melt a little butter, add garlic, vegetables, boiled rice, Organic Shoya and little water.  Optional sea salt and pepper.
  • Eat!

This dish doesn’t take more than 5 minutes.  Have some ready boiled rice in the fridge for quick and easy dishes.
