Red Cabbage makes an amazing salad.  Very crunchy and full of flavour.

Salad

  • Shred half a red cabbage
  • Cut in strips carrots and peppers
  • Add chopped coriander and red onion
  • finish off with some cherry tomatoes

Dressing

Sesame oil, lime, soy sauce, honey, salt, pepper and a little balsamic vinegar.  Add a little of each ingredient, until you get to the taste you like.

Lettuce leaves get boring! Try shredding red cabbage for your next healthy meal.
