More Clean fruit from my Dads garden this time.  Gorgeous, juicy and sweet blackberries.

I like to be satisfied and have good energy at work, that’s why Chai Seed Pudding really works from me.

  • 600ml of organic coconut milk (canned version)
  • 60g of chai seeds
  • 2 large palm fulls of blackberries (from the garden would be nice)
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp of coconut nectar

Full of protein, fibre and good fat to satisfy you for longer.
