Hello Everyone! I do love a nice bowl of porridge in the morning. Very filling and energising.
You can make porridge exciting with slight alterations:
- Organic Porridge Oats
- Coconut milk or full fat milk
- chopped pears (skin on for the fibre)
- Flaked Almonds (protein and good fat)
- drizzle of honey
- Organic Porridge Oats (slow releasing energy)
- Coconut milk or full fat milk
- chopped banana (great for constipation)
- pumpkin seeds
- flaked almonds
- drizzle honey
- sprinkle of cinnamon (great for digestion)
