Today I had a delicious lunch.

  • Falafel
  • Mixed leaves salad
  • homemade guacamole

For the guacamole I added the below ingredients

  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 lime squeezed
  • sprinkle of pepper
  • 5 cherry tomatoes

I wanted loads of onion and garlic as these particular foods are great for protecting our bodies against oxidative damage (toxins).

My breath won’t smell good but who cares! My boyfriend will!!!!  However, my body will love me for it 🙂
